حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَذِنَ السَّيِّدُ فِي النِّكَاحِ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the master grants permission for marriage, then the slave will have the right to divorce."
