حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: «يَنْزِعُهَا مِنْهُ إِنْ شَاءَ بِغَيْرِ طَلَاقٍ»
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the master wishes, he can separate the slave and his wife without divorce."
