حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا زَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ أَمَتَهُ عَبْدَهُ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ»
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a man marries his slave woman to his slave man, the right of divorce will belong to the slave man."
