حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، قَالَ: «يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْعَبْدِ، وَلَا يَجُوزُ نِكَاحُهُ»
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The divorce of a slave is permissible, but his marriage (without the permission of the owner) is not permissible."
