حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَخْلُو بِالْمَرْأَةِ، فَيَقُولُ: لَمْ أَمَسَّهَا، وَتَقُولُ: قَدْ مَسَّنِي، فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُهَا "
It is narrated about Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that if a man and a woman are in seclusion, and the man says, "I did not touch her," and the woman says, "He touched me," then the statement of the woman will be considered valid.
