بَابُ نِكَاحِ الْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةِChapter: Marriage to a Jewish or Christian woman
Hadith 1897

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أنا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَعُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَا: «إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْيَهُودِيَّةَ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمَةِ فَالْقَسْمُ بَيْنَهُمَا سَوَاءٌ وَإِنْ قَذَفَهَا لَمْ يُلَاعِنْهَا»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat 'Ubaidah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When someone keeps a Jewish or Christian woman in marriage along with a Muslim woman, then the turn between them will be equal, and if he accuses her (of adultery), there will be no li'an (mutual cursing)."
