Hadith 1887

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي امْرَأَةٍ نُعِيَ إِلَيْهَا زَوْجُهَا، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ، فَمَاتَ فَوَرِثَتْهُ، فَقَدِمَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ، قَالَ: «تُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ وَتَرُدُّ إِلَى وَرَثَةِ الْمَيِّتِ مَا أَخَذَتْ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ»
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The woman should be returned to her first husband and the inheritance taken from the second husband should be returned."
