حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: نا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ السَّبَّاقِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَشَرَطَ لَهَا أَنْ لَا يُخْرِجَهَا فَوَضَعَ عَنْهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ الشَّرْطَ، وَقَالَ: «الْمَرْأَةُ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا»
During the era of Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), a man married a woman and set a condition that he would not make her leave the house. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) invalidated this condition and said: "The woman is with her husband."
