Hadith 1845

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «يَجُوزُ النِّكَاحُ وَيَبْطُلُ الشَّرْطُ» .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The marriage becomes valid but the condition becomes void."
