Hadith 1838

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: نا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ، عَنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ شَرَطَ لِامْرَأَةٍ دَارَهَا قَالَ: «يُخْرِجُهَا حَيْثُ شَاءَ»
It is narrated from Hazrat Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) that when a person gives his wife her house as a condition, he can take her wherever he wishes.
