Hadith 1837

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ، يَقُولُ: «إِذَا اشْتَرَطَ الرَّجُلُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ دَارَهَا فَهُوَ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا»
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man stipulates with a woman that she will remain in his house, then the marriage of the woman in exchange for this condition will be permissible."
