حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ، يَقُولُ فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ، فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: «يَجُوزُ تَزْوِيجُهُ وَبَيْعُهُ وَشِرَاؤُهُ»
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The marriage and buying and selling of a person who marries in the illness of death are permissible."
