حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا مِنْ كِتَابَةٍ وَلَا مَهْرٍ لَا يُوضَعُ عَنْهُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ مَلْعُونٌ»
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any contract of writing or seal in which there is deficiency is accursed."
