Hadith 1780

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيُّ، قَالَ: «مَا تَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَدًا مِنْ نِسَائِهِ وَلَا زَوَّجَ أَحَدًا مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ عَلَى أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثِنْتَيْ عَشْرَةَ أُوقِيَّةً وَنِصْفٍ»
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) did not marry any of his wives nor give any of his daughters in marriage for more than twelve and a half uqiyah (twelve uqiyah and a half).
