حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ - قَالَ: وَأَظُنُّهُ رَفَعَهُ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
It is narrated from Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The marriage will be considered valid first by the guardian."
