بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ: لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّChapter: Whoever said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian"
Hadith 1710

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: «الْبَغِيُّ الَّتِي تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ»
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "An immoral woman is she who marries without the consent of her guardian."
