Hadith 1603

سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يُجِيزَهَا الْوَرَثَةُ»
Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not permissible to make a bequest in favor of an heir, unless the other heirs permit it."
