سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «يَرْجِعُ إِلَى وَرَثَةِ الْمُوصِي» . قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: أَصَابَ
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "In such a case, the bequest returns to the heirs of the one who made the bequest." Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "This is the correct view."
