بَابٌ: هَلْ يُوصِي الرَّجُلُ مِنْ مَالِهِ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِChapter: Can a man bequeath more than a third of his wealth?
Hadith 1522

سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: أنا دَاوُدُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: «مَنْ أَوْصَى بِوَصِيَّةٍ فَلَمْ يَجُرْ وَلَمْ يَحِفْ كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ مِثْلَ مَا أَعْطَاهَا، وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ»
‘Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Whoever made a will and neither exceeded the limit nor committed injustice, he will have the reward for what he gave, as long as he was in good health.”
