سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا سَيَّارٌ قَالَ: قَالَ حَمَّادُ. . .، إِبْرَاهِيمُ فَقَالَ: «إِذَا شَهِدَ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ فَفِي أَنْصِبَائِهِمْ، أَوْ يُتْبِعَانِ بِهِ سَائِرَ الْوَرَثَةِ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If some heirs testify to the deceased's debt, then they should pay from their own shares or accuse the other heirs as well."
