سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَقَرَّ الرَّجُلُ الْوَارِثُ بِدَيْنٍ فَعَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ فِي نَصِيبِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ: يُخْرَجُ مِنْ نَصِيبِهِ كُلَّهُ "
Ash-Sha'bi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "If an heir acknowledges a debt, then he should pay the debt in proportion to his share." Then he said: "His entire share will go towards the debt."
