بَابُ مِيرَاثِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَاChapter on a woman's inheritance from her husband's blood money
Hadith 1478

سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ: " الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ أَيَرِثُونَ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئًا؟ فَقَالَ: «أَمَّا أَنْتَ فَقَدْ نَظَرْتَ الْمُصْحَفَ، يَرِثُ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ كُلُّ وَارِثٍ»
It was asked from Ash-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him): "Will maternal brothers inherit in blood money?" He replied: "Have you seen the Mushaf? Every heir inherits in blood money."
