Hadith 145

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ مَاهَانَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ يَكْتُبُ الْقُرْآنَ فَيَسْقِيهِ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَرَى سَيُصِيبُهُ بَلَاءٌ .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says: A man used to write the Qur'an and dissolve it in water and make people drink it, so (someone) said: I think some calamity will befall him.
