Hadith 1416

سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا ابْنُ شُبْرُمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الثِّقَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «يَرِثُ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا وَرَثَتُهُ»
Ibn Shubrumah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A trustworthy narrator informed me that Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: "Only the heirs of each person will inherit from him."
Brief Explanation
Although the expression "from a trustworthy one" indicates reliability, in the terminology of the hadith scholars, if the narrator is unspecified (ambiguous), then the narration is considered weak, unless he is explicitly identified as someone well-known.
