سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: «عَلَّمَنِي الْحَارِثُ الْأَعْوَرُ فِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ»
Umair bin Saeed said: "Harith Al-A'war taught me that in the division of inheritance between the husband and the parents, the husband will be given half, and the mother will receive one third of the remaining wealth."
