الْآيَةُ (86) قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {قَالَ إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللهِ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللهِ مَا لا تَعْلَمُونَ}Verse (86) His saying, Exalted is He: {He said, "I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know"}
Hadith 1138

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ نَشِيجَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وَإِنِّي لَفِي آخِرِ الصُّفُوفِ: { إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللهِ } .
Abdullah bin Shaddad bin Al-Had (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard the sobbing, that is, the sound of weeping, of Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), even though I was in the last rows, when he was reciting this verse: "Indeed, I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah." That is, I complain of my distress and my sorrow only to Allah.
