Hadith 11

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنِ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ قَالَ: يُقَالُ لِصَاحِبِ الْقُرْآنِ: " اقْرَأْ، وَارْقَ، وَرَتِّلْ ! فَيَنْتَهِي حَيْثُ يَنْتَهِي بِهِ الْقُرْآنُ " .
Ibrahim Taimi (may Allah have mercy on him) says: It will be said to the companion of the Qur'an: "Recite, ascend, and recite with measured recitation! Thus, he will reach as far as the Qur'an takes him."
