باب: من قال: لا يجوز بيع ما نجس منه

اسْتِدْلَالًا بِقَوْلِهِ: " أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا "، وَقَوْلِهِ: " وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُ "..
Taking as evidence the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Throw it (that is, the dead mouse) and what is around it (of the ghee) away."
And his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "And if it (the ghee) is melted (liquid), then do not go near it."
And his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "And if it (the ghee) is melted (liquid), then do not go near it."
وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا ابْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ بَرَكَةَ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَرَفَعَ بَصَرَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَتَبَسَّمَ وَقَالَ: " لَعَنَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ، لَعَنَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ، لَعَنَ اللهُ الْيَهُودَ، إِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّحُومَ فَبَاعُوهَا وَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا، إِنَّ اللهَ إِذَا حَرَّمَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ أَكْلَ شَيْءٍ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ ثَمَنَهُ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), in the mosque, raised his gaze toward the sky, smiled, and said three times: "May Allah curse the Jews! When Allah made fat unlawful for them, they sold it and consumed its price. When Allah makes the eating of something unlawful for a people, consuming its price is also unlawful."
