Hadith 3631
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا حَمْدُونُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ الْبَزَّازُ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، نَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبُخَارِيُّ الْمُسْنَدِيُّ ، نَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، نَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا ، فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِدَّتَهَا حَيْضَةً وَنِصْفًا " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The wife of Sayyiduna Thabit bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) obtained khula from her husband, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) fixed her waiting period (‘iddah) as one and a half menstrual cycles.
Hadith 3632
نَا ابْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا الرَّمَادِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أنا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، " أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا ، فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِدَّتَهَا حَيْضَةً " .
Ikrimah narrates: The wife of Sayyiduna Thabit bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) obtained khul‘ from her husband, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed her ‘iddah as one menstrual cycle.
Hadith 3633
نَا عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، نَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، نَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْهُ ، فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ حَيْضَةً " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The wife of Sayyiduna Thabit bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) obtained khul‘ from him, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed that woman: "She should observe ‘iddah for one menstrual cycle."
Hadith 3634
نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ ، نَا مُعَلَّى ، نَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، نَا أَبُو الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذٍ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " أَمَرَ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ حِينَ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْهُ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ حَيْضَةً " .
Sayyida Rabi' bint Mu'awwidh (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: He instructed the wife of Sayyiduna Thabit bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him): "She should observe the waiting period for one menstrual cycle." This was when the woman had obtained khul‘ (divorce) from her husband.
Hadith 3635
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ، ثنا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلالٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَرْدَكَ ، سَمِعَ عَطَاءً ، يَقُولُ : أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَاهَكَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " ثَلاثٌ جِدُّهُنَّ جِدٌّ وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جِدٌّ : النِّكَاحُ ، وَالطَّلاقُ ، وَالرَّجْعَةُ " ،.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three things in which seriousness is considered seriousness and joking is also considered seriousness: marriage, divorce, and taking back (one's wife)."
Hadith 3636
نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَرْدَكَ ، سَمِعَ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، يَقُولُ : أَخْبَرَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَاهَكَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً.
This narration is also transmitted with another chain of transmission.
Hadith 3637
نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زُنْبُورٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، نَا ابْنُ أَرْدَكَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " ثَلاثٌ جِدُّهُنَّ جِدٌّ وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جِدٌّ : الطَّلاقُ ، وَالنِّكَاحُ ، وَالرَّجْعَةُ " .

Hadith 3638
نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، نَا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَرْدَكَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " ثَلاثٌ جِدُّهُنَّ جِدٌّ وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جِدٌّ : الطَّلاقُ ، وَالنِّكَاحُ ، وَالرَّجْعَةُ " .

Hadith 3639
نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْوَرَّاقُ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حُمْرَانَ ، نَا عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، نَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ أَنْ يُرَى رِعَاءُ الشَّاءِ رُءُوسَ النَّاسِ ، وَأَنْ يُرَى الْحُفَاةُ الْعُرَاةُ الْجُوَّعُ يَتَبَارَوْنَ فِي الْبُنْيَانِ ، وَأَنْ تَلِدَ الأَمَةُ رَبَّهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Among the signs of the Hour is that the shepherds of sheep will become the rulers of the people, and the barefoot, naked (i.e., scantily clothed), hungry people will compete with one another in constructing tall buildings, and the slave woman will give birth to her master.”
Hadith 3640
نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْعَائِذِيُّ ، بِمَكَّةَ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْجَنَدِيِّ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُوطَأَ حَامِلٌ حَتَّى تَضَعَ ، أَوْ حَائِلٌ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ " ، قَالَ لَنَا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ : وَمَا قَالَ لَنَا فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ أَحَدٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسِ ، إِلا الْعَائِذِيُّ.
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade having intercourse with a pregnant woman until she gives birth, or with a young girl until she begins menstruating (i.e., until she reaches puberty).
