الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ وَالصَّلَاةُ فِيهِ فِي أَيِّ وَقْتٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ
Tawaf of the House and praying in it at any time of night or day
Hadith 2636
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ الْقِدَاحُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ مَوْلَى عَفْرَاءَ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ فَأَخَذَ بِعِضَادَةِ بَابِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لا يُصَلِّيَنَّ أَحَدٌ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ إِلَى طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ ، وَلا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ إِلا بِمَكَّةَ " ، يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ ثَلاثًا .
Mujahid reports: Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) came, held the doorframe of the Ka'bah, and then said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No person should perform any prayer after offering the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, nor after offering the Asr prayer until the sun sets, except in Makkah (the one performing the units of prayer for Tawaf may do so)." He stated this three times.
Hadith 2637
نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ ، نا الْحَسنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ ، نا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهُ ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، لا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ كَانَ " .
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd al-Muttalib! Do not prevent anyone from performing tawaf of this House, nor from offering prayer in it, whether it is any part of the day or night."
Hadith 2638
نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ بَابَاهُ ، يُخْبِرُ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَبَرَ عَطَاءٍ هَذَا ، " يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ ، إِنْ كَانَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ فَلا أَعْرِفَنَّ مَا مَنَعْتُمْ أَحَدًا يُصَلِّي عِنْدَ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ " .
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf! This matter is now entrusted to us, so let me not find out that you have prevented anyone from performing prayer near this House, whether it is any part of the day or night."
Hadith 2639
نا أَبُو طَالِبٍ الْحَافِظُ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الأَعْمَى ، نا يَحْيَى الْبَابْلُتِيُّ ، نا عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، نا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ ، لا تَمْنَعُنَّ أَحَدًا يُصَلِّي عِنْدَ هَذَا الْبَيْتِ أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ " .
Nafi' bin Jubair narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf! Do not prevent anyone from praying near this House at any time of the day or night."
