بَابُ مَنْ أَفْطَرَ عَمْدًا فِي رَمَضَانَ
Chapter on one who deliberately breaks the fast in Ramadan
Hadith 2403
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، ثنا الْعَلاءُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ ، قَالا : نا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، ثنا مِنْدَلٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَعَلَيْهِ صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ " . هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ غَيْرُ ثَابِتٍ ، مِنْدَلٌ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَمَنْ دُونَ أَنَسٍ ضَعِيفٌ أَيْضًا.
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever does not fast one day of Ramadan without a valid excuse, it will be obligatory for him to fast for a month.” Its chain is not established; its narrator Mandil is weak, and the one who has narrated it from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) is also weak.
Hadith 2404
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُطَوِّسِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَرَضٍ ، وَلا رُخْصَةٍ ، لَمْ يُجْزِهِ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever does not fast for a single day of Ramadan without illness or concession, then even if he were to fast forever, it would not make up for it."
Hadith 2405
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْيَقْطِينِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ ، ثنا مُوهَبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، ثنا ضَمْرَةُ ، عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ جَمِيلٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ صَامَ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا ، لأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ رَضِيَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ شَهْرًا مِنَ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا " .
Rabee'ah bin Abdur Rahman said: "Whoever does not fast one day of Ramadan, then he should fast twelve days, because Allah Almighty has preferred fasting one month in comparison to twelve months."
Hadith 2406
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الرَّهَاوِيُّ ، ثنا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، ثنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ ، ثنا قَيْسٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَرَضٍ وَلا رُخْصَةٍ ، لَمْ يَقْضِ عَنْهُ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ كُلِّهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever does not fast in Ramadan without a concession or illness, then even if he fasts for a lifetime, it will not make up for it."
