بَابُ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ قَبْلَ التَّسْلِيمِ فِي آخِرِ صَلَاتِهِ أَوْ أَحْدَثَ قَبْلَ تَسْلِيمِ الْإِمَامِ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ
Chapter on one who breaks wudu before salam at the end of his prayer or before the imam's salam, his prayer is complete
Hadith 1422
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الأَفْرِيقِيُّ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ ، وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا جَلَسَ الإِمَامُ فِي آخِرِ رَكْعَةٍ ثُمَّ أَحْدَثَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ الإِمَامُ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلاتُهُ " . عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ضَعِيفٌ لا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the imam is sitting in the final tashahhud after reciting the last rak'ah, and someone following him loses his wudu before the imam says salam, then that person's prayer will be considered complete." The narrator of this narration, Abdur Rahman bin Ziyad, is weak; he has not been regarded as reliable.
Hadith 1423
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ مِرْدَاسٍ ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعَمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، وَبَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَضَى الإِمَامُ الصَّلاةَ وَقَعَدَ فَأَحْدَثَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلاتُهُ وَمَنْ كَانَ خَلْفَهُ مِمَّنْ أَتَمَّ الصَّلاةَ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the imam completes the prayer and is sitting, and during this, before saying the salam, his ablution breaks, then his prayer will be complete and the prayer of the one following him will also be complete."
Hadith 1424
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ ، ثنا يُوسُفُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا أَحْدَثَ الإِمَامُ بَعْدَمَا يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ آخِرِ سَجْدَةٍ وَاسْتَوَى جَالِسًا تَمَّتْ صَلاتُهُ وَصَلاةُ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ مِمَّنِ ائْتَمَّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ أَدْرَكَ أَوَّلَ الصَّلاةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: "When the imam's ablution breaks after raising his head from the last prostration and sitting straight, then his prayer will be considered complete, and the prayer of that person will also be considered complete who joined the prayer with him from the beginning in following him."
