Hadith 1309
Abu Qilabah narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Sulayman Malik bin Huwayrith (may Allah be pleased with him) came to our mosque. He said: By Allah! I will show you how to perform the prayer. I do not intend to pray at this moment, but I want to show you how I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) performing the prayer. The narrator states: When he rose after performing the second prostration in the first rak'ah, he sat down first (and then stood up). Its chain is authentic and established, and the same ruling applies to the following narration.
Hadith 1310
Sayyiduna Malik bin Huwairith Laithi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I remember this about the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): He was performing prayer, and when he was in the first and third rak‘ah, he did not rise until he had become completely straight. The chain of this narration is authentic.
