بَابُ نَجَاسَةِ الْبَوْلِ وَالْأَمْرِ بِالتَّنَزُّهِ مِنْهُ وَالْحُكْمِ فِي بَوْلِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ
Chapter on the impurity of urine, the command to avoid it, and the ruling on the urine of animals whose meat is eaten
Hadith 458
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْعَلاءِ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَوْكَرِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ الطُّوسِيُّ ، نا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الضَّرِيرُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، نا ثَابِتُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَى عَلَيَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا عَلَى بِئْرٍ أَدْلُو مَاءً فِي رَكْوَةٍ لِي ، فَقَالَ : " يَا عَمَّارُ مَا تَصْنَعُ ؟ " ، قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي ، أَغْسِلُ ثَوْبِي مِنْ نُخَامَةٍ أَصَابَتْهُ ، فَقَالَ : " يَا عَمَّارُ إِنَّمَا يُغْسَلُ الثَّوْبُ مِنْ خَمْسٍ : مِنَ الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ وَالْقَيْءِ وَالدَّمِ وَالْمَنِيِّ ، يَا عَمَّارُ ، مَا نُخَامَتُكَ وَدُمُوعُ عَيْنَيْكَ وَالْمَاءُ الَّذِي فِي رَكْوَتِكَ إِلا سَوَاءٌ " . لَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُ ثَابِتِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ جِدًّا ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ ، وَثَابِتٌ ضَعِيفَانِ.
Sayyiduna Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me while I was drawing water from a well with a bucket. He said: “O Ammar! What are you doing?” I replied: “O Messenger of Allah! May my parents be sacrificed for you! I am trying to wash phlegm that has gotten on my clothes.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “O Ammar! Clothes are washed for five reasons: if feces, urine, vomit, blood, or semen has gotten on them. O Ammar! Your phlegm, your tears, and the water in your water-skin are all of the same status.” This narration has only been transmitted by Thabit bin Hammad, and it is very weak. Two narrators of this narration, Ibrahim and Thabit, are both weak.
Hadith 459
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الأَبَّارُ ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيِّ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تَنَزَّهُوا مِنَ الْبَوْلِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ مِنْهُ " . الْمَحْفُوظُ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of urine, for generally the punishment in the grave is because of it." This narration is more reliably preserved as "mursal."
Hadith 460
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الآدَمِيُّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، نا سَوَّارُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِبَوْلِ مَا أُكِلَ لَحْمُهُ " . سَوَّارٌ ضَعِيفٌ . خَالَفَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، فَرَوَاهُ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ.
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “There is no harm in the urine of an animal whose meat is eaten.” The narrator of this narration, Suwar, is weak.
Hadith 461
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الأَهْوَازِيُّ ، نا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا أُكِلَ لَحْمُهُ فَلا بَأْسَ بِبَوْلِهِ " . لا يُثْبَتُ ، عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ضَعِيفَانِ ، وَسَوَّارُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أَيْضًا مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَقَدِ اخْتُلِفَ عَنْهُ فَقِيلَ عَنْهُ : " مَا أُكِلَ لَحْمُهُ فَلا بَأْسَ بِسُؤْرِهِ ".
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no harm in the urine of an animal whose meat is eaten." This narration is not authentically established. Some of its narrators are weak and one narrator is abandoned. According to one statement, it is reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no harm in the leftover (saliva) of an animal whose meat is eaten."
Hadith 462
حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الرَّازِيُّ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ، نا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا أُكِلَ لَحْمُهُ فَلا بَأْسَ بِسُؤْرِهِ " . كَذَا يُسَمِّيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ، مُصْعَبُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ فَقَلَبَ اسْمَهُ ، وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ سَوَّارُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ.
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “There is no harm in the leftover (water) of an animal whose meat is eaten.”
Hadith 463
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ مِنْ حِفْظِهِ ، نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، نا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " مَا أُكِلَ لَحْمُهُ فَلا بَأْسَ بِسَلْحِهِ " .
Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah narrates from his father: "There is no harm in the dung of an animal whose meat is eaten."
Hadith 464
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحُ السَّمَّانُ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، نا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ السَّمَّانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " اسْتَنْزِهُوا مِنَ الْبَوْلِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ مِنْهُ " . الصَّوَابُ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of urine, for most of the punishment in the grave is because of it." It is more correct that this narration is "mursal."
Hadith 465
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الصَّفَّارُ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْوَرَّاقُ ، نا عَفَّانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَكْثَرُ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ " . صَحِيحٌ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Most of the punishment of the grave is because of urine." This narration is authentic.
Hadith 466
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْعَطَّارُ ، نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، نا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : " عَامَّةُ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ فَتَنَزَّهُوا مِنَ الْبَوْلِ " . لا بَأْسَ بِهِ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated as a "Marfu'" report: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The punishment of the grave is due to urine, so protect yourselves from urine." There is no problem in the chain of this narration.
