Hadith 232
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever performs ablution and mentions the name of Allah (i.e., recites Bismillah), his entire body becomes purified. And whoever performs ablution and does not mention the name of Allah (i.e., does not recite Bismillah), only that part which he washed becomes purified.”

The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "Whoever performs ablution and does not mention the name of Allah at the beginning, only his specific limbs become purified."
