بَابُ أَوَانِي الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِVessels of Gold and Silver

نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَاكِهِيُّ ، نا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَارِيُّ ، نا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُطِيعٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْ إِنَاءِ ذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ ، أَوْ إِنَاءٍ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ، فَإِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِي بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ " . إِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks from a vessel of gold or silver, or from any vessel in which gold or silver is inlaid, he will be filling his belly with the fire of Hell." Its chain of narration is "Hasan" (good).
