حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، عَنِ الْجَلْدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، نا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ، نا ابْنُ أَخِي جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ، عَنِ الْجَلْدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِيَاسَ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَائِذِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنَّ امْرَأَتَهُ نَفِسَتْ وَأَنَّهَا رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ بَعْدَ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً فَتَطَهَّرْتُ ثُمَّ أَتَتْ فِرَاشَهُ ، فَقَالَ : " مَا شَأْنُكِ ؟ " ، قَالَتْ : قَدْ طَهُرْتُ ، قَالَ : فَضَرَبَهَا بِرِجْلِهِ ، وَقَالَ : " إِلَيْكِ عَنِّي فَلَسْتِ بِالَّذِي تُعْزِبُنِي عَنْ دِينِي حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ لَكِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً " . وَقَالَ هِشَامٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ ، عَنْ عَائِذِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو : وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ ، وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، غَيْرُ الْجَلْدِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
It is narrated about ‘A’idh bin ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him): His wife experienced postnatal bleeding. She saw purity after twenty days. When she became clean and came to his bed, he said: "What is your issue?" She said: "I have become pure." So he struck the woman with his foot and said: "Stay away from me, you are not something that can separate me from my religion. Until forty days have passed (you cannot come near me)."
In another narration, these words are mentioned: Sayyiduna ‘A’idh bin ‘Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) is the person who pledged allegiance to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) under the tree. This narration has only been transmitted by a narrator named Mu‘awiyah from Jald bin Ayyub, and this narrator is weak.
