Hadith 800

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، ثنا حَفْصٌ ، عَنِ الأَشْعَثِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : " أَكْثَرُ الْحَيْضِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ " .
Ata narrates: "The maximum duration of menstruation is fifteen days." Abu Ibrahim narrates: Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal has adopted both of these narrations and has presented them as evidence.
