Sayyiduna Qais bin Talq رضي الله عنه narrates from his father: I was present with the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم when a man came to him and asked about touching the private part. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "It is a part of your body." Ibn Abi Hatim states: I asked my father (Abu Hatim) and Abu Shaykh Zar‘ah about this narration transmitted by Muhammad bin Jabir, and both replied: "Qais bin Talq is not such that he can be considered reliable." Thus, both of them declared this narrator weak and did not consider him reliable.
