Hadith 531

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ نُوحٍ ، نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ ، نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلاةِ " .
Nafi' narrates this statement from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever touches his private part should perform ablution like the ablution for prayer."
