حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ ، حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ صَحِبَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا مَسَّ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَكَرَهُ فَلا يُصَلِّيَنَّ حَتَّى يَتَوَضَّأَ " . قَالَ : فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُرْوَةُ ، فَسَأَلَ بُسْرَةَ : فَصَدَّقَتْهُ بِمَا قَالَ . هَذَا صَحِيحٌ . تَابَعَهُ رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، وَالْمُنْذِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامِيُّ ، وَعَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ، وَحُمَيْدُ بْنُ الأَسْوَدِ ، فَرَوَوْهُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ هَكَذَا ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ ، عَنْ بُسْرَةَ قَالَ عُرْوَةُ : فَسَأَلْتُ بُسْرَةَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَصَدَّقَتْهُ.
Lady Busrah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her), who had the honor of being a companion of the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him), narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "When a person touches his private part, he should not perform prayer until he performs ablution." The narrator states: When Urwah denied this matter, he inquired about it from Busrah, and Busrah confirmed what he had said. This is authentic. Some other narrators have also corroborated this, in which it is also mentioned: Urwah says: "I asked Busrah about this matter, and she confirmed it."
