حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، نا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، نا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، سَأَلْنَاهُ عَنِ الْغُدْرَانِ وَالْحِيَاضِ تَلِغُ فِيهَا الْكِلابُ ، قَالَ : " أنزل الْمَاءُ طَهُورًا لا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ " .
Dawud bin Abu Hind narrates: We asked Sa'id bin al-Musayyib about a well and such a pond from which dogs also drink, so he said: Water was sent down as a pure thing; nothing makes it impure.
