نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْخَلالُ ، نَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ، نَا الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ، نَا عُبَيْدٌ الْمُكْتِبُ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَسَخَ الأَضْحَى كُلَّ ذَبْحٍ ، وَصَوْمُ رَمَضَانَ كُلَّ صَوْمٍ ، وَالْغُسْلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ كُلَّ غُسْلٍ ، وَالزَّكَاةُ كُلَّ صَدَقَةٍ " ، خَالَفَهُ الْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ وَاضِحٍ ، عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، هُوَ ابْنُ شَرِيكٍ ، وَكِلاهُمَا ضَعِيفَانِ ، وَالْمُسَيِّبُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ مَتْرُوكٌ.
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The command of sacrifice has abrogated every slaughter that was before it, the fasts of Ramadan have abrogated every fast that was before them, the ritual bath of janabah has abrogated every bath that was before it, and zakat has abrogated every charity that was before it."
