حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، نَا مُحْرِزُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْكِنْدِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Slaughtering the mother of an animal that has a fetus in its womb will be considered as slaughtering it (the fetus)." Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) states that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Slaughtering the mother of an animal that has a fetus in its womb will be considered as slaughtering it (the fetus)."
