حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُمَرَ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الْهَاشِمِيُّ الإِمَامُ ، مِنْ أَصْلِهِ ، نَا حَنْبَلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، نَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ، نَا أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ هُوَ الْحَدَّادُ عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ جَبْرِ بْنِ نَوْفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Slaughtering the mother of an animal that has a fetus in its womb will be considered as slaughtering it (the fetus) as well."
