Hadith 4732

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَتِيقُ ، نَا مُطَرِّفٌ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أُحِلَّ لَنَا مِنَ الدَّمِ دَمَانِ ، وَمِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ مَيْتَتَانِ ، مِنَ الْمَيْتَةِ الْحُوتُ وَالْجَرَادُ ، وَمِنَ الدَّمِ الْكَبِدُ وَالطِّحَالُ " ، لَفْظُ مُطَرِّفٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two types of blood have been made lawful for us and two types of dead animals have been made lawful for us. The dead (things) are fish and locusts, while the blood refers to the liver and the spleen."
