حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْبُسْرِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، نَا أَبُو الْعَوَّامِ الْقَطَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ سَكِرَ مِنْ نَبِيذٍ ، فَجَلَدَهُ " ، كَذَا قَالَ الْبُسْرِيُّ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A man was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who had become intoxicated due to drinking nabidh, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had him flogged.
