قَالَ : وَنا قَالَ : وَنا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا شَرِبَ مِنْ إِدَاوَةِ عُمَرَ نَبِيذًا فَسَكِرَ ، " فَضَرَبَهُ عُمَرُ الْحَدَّ " ، هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ ، وَلا يُثْبَتَانِ.
Aamir narrates that a Bedouin drank nabidh from an old waterskin and became intoxicated, so Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) administered the hadd punishment to him. This is mursal, and both of these narrations are not established.
