حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ خُشَيْشٍ ، نَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا شَرِبَ مِنْ إِدَاوَةِ عَلِيٍّ نَبِيذًا بِصِفِّينَ فَسَكِرَ ، " فَضَرَبَهُ عَلِيُّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ الْحَدَّ " .
Shu'bi narrates that a man drank nabidh from the vessel of Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him); this was at the place of Siffin. He became intoxicated, so Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) carried out the prescribed punishment on him.
