حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِرَاجٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ : عَلَى هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ يَعْنِي مِنْبَرَ الْكُوفَةِ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ مِنَ التَّمْرِ ، وَالزَّبِيبِ ، وَالْحِنْطَةِ ، وَالشَّعِيرِ ، وَالْعَسَلِ خَمْرًا " .
Imam Sha'bi narrates: I heard Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) saying on this pulpit (the narrator says: meaning the pulpit of Kufa) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, wine is made from dates, raisins, wheat, barley, and honey."
